• 60-minute Private lesson - $180 + studio rental fee

• 90-minute Private lesson - $270 + studio rental fee

(Studio rental fee is subject to change depending on location)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

ONCE YOUR PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, YOUR LESSON IS CONFIRMED, AND A SPOT IS HELD SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU. A 72-HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE IS NEEDED FOR CANCELLATION TO AVOID FORFEITURE OF THE LESSON FEE.

ALL LESSONS WILL BE HELD AT RIPLEY - GRIER unless otherwise arranged.

Coaches do not travel to clients' homes, gyms, or other locations.

Appointments are made directly with me.

PARENT OBSERVATION POLICY:

While parental involvement is valuable, it is essential for students to develop independence and build a strong relationship with their coach. For this reason, parents or guardians are not permitted to be present in the room during private coaching sessions. This ensures a focused and productive learning environment for the dancer. Exceptions may be granted at the coach's discretion on a case-by-case basis.

LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE:

1. I am participating in Private Coaching in NYC offered by Abigail Simon. I understand that Private Coaching in NYC involves strenuous physical activity and carries a risk of injury. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in Private Coaching in NYC. I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from fully participating.

3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in Private Coaching in NYC, I knowingly and voluntarily waive any claim I may have against Abigail Simon for damages or injury, including death, that I may sustain as a result of participating in Private Coaching in NYC.
